Read this entire story, the amazing customer service will never be forgotten and I will, from now on, always recommend you buy your mattress from these folks. So due to a miscommunication in their system my order went undelivered. So I called to find out what was going on and the office manager was very helpful. She guaranteed they were going to fix it. She put a rush order on my mattress and it was sent asap. They waived my delivery fee and the owner, Justina came by personally to pick up my old mattress. I was so thrilled! I have never seen such an amazing team with such great customer service. These people are the best. Don't shop anywhere but here!
